Lady Grey tea is a Pure Ceylon flavoured black tea. It brings together Orange, Lemon and traditional Bergamot. In other words it blends to make a uniquely critic flavoured tea. It is a wiry and twisted Flowery Broken Orange Pekoe (FBOP).
If you are looking for a milder version of the traditional Earl Grey tea, Lady Grey would definitely fill your taste buds. Its citric texture makes it a perfect after meal tea. However, to draw out the best of its citric taste, brew 1 to 2 teaspoons in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes and enjoy without sugar.
