CEYLON SOUR
Ingredients:
- Light Bourbon 60ml
- Fresh Lemon Juice 20 ml
- Simple Syrup 15 ml
- Ginger Black Tea( 1 Senok Ginger Black Tea steeped in 15ml of water and cooled)
Method:
- Shake all ingredients together with ice and serve.
- Garnish with slice of lemon and slivers of ginger.
This can also be made into a warm toddy version
Do not cool the tea
Shake all ingredients together
Serve as before.
