CEYLON SOUR

Ingredients:

  • Light Bourbon  60ml
  • Fresh Lemon Juice 20 ml
  • Simple Syrup 15 ml
  • Ginger Black Tea( 1 Senok Ginger Black Tea steeped in 15ml of water and cooled)

Method:

  1. Shake all ingredients together with ice and serve.
  2. Garnish with slice of lemon and slivers of ginger.

This can also be made into a warm toddy version

Do not cool the tea

Shake all ingredients together

Serve as before.
